Executive Leadership Program

MSU's Broad Graduate School of Management is bringing an Executive Leadership Program designed specifically for women to accelerate their leadership skills. The two-day program is designed for high-profile women leaders who have 10-15 years of professional experience in large organizations (or 15-20 in key positions in small organizations). In the program you will learn to:

  • Apply the skills of exceptional leadership up, down and across your organization
  • Find your executive voice while gaining an understanding of real and perceived gender differences in workplace communication
  • Create a personal brand and message an apply it to relationships inside and outside of your organization
  • Build a personal and professional network to help ensure career success
  • Effectively negotiate deals that creat lasting value for yourself and your organization

Girls Night Out (GNO)

Girls Night Out events are exclusive to members only, however, in August guests are welcome. GNO will be meeting every other month on the 3rd Wednesday after 5, excluding December.

WIN Fitness and Wellness Club:

WIN will be on hand Sunday, Sept. 12 for the Sparrow Women Working Wonders 5K run/walk at Hawk Island County Park. Chose from the 5K run or the 0K revitalize option, which includes a massage, mini-pedicure, reflexology, mini-facial, body fat analysis, back assessment or health information.  WIN will be set up at 9 a.m. before the race for members to meet, mingle and stretch together, and will be providing water onsite for those racing.  Come meet other WIN members who are interesting in health and fitness!
